Overview
Agnieszka Stadnicka's painting takes the form of an inner dialogue and a spiritual practice. Inspired by depth psychology, she explores the realms of the unconscious and the processes of inner transformation, using color and texture as tools for conveying emotion.
Her works stem from a fascination with the tensions between light and darkness, presence and silence, fullness and emptiness. Through the simplicity of her forms and a deliberately limited color palette, she does not seek ornamentation but rather a space for experience, integration, and mindfulness.

What moves me about Agnieszka is the simplicity with which she approaches such profound subjects as the unconscious and inner transformation. She does not seek ornamentation; instead, she creates a space where light and darkness, presence and silence, interact without ever resolving. Her deliberately limited color palette gives each canvas an almost silent presence that invites the viewer to slow down and take in the details.
